Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. We also ship directly to Canada. Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and 2-4 weeks for orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands.

How long does shipping take?

All orders, including expedited orders, are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We don't ship or process orders on weekends or US federal holidays. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, your processing will start on Monday. Orders are shipped through USPS and typically take 4-8 business days to arrive.

How much do you charge for shipping?

USA: We charge a $7.50 flat rate for standard shipping + taxes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the US. We charge a $25.00 flat rate for expedited shipping. If you are local to NYC, you can purchase in person at our boutique store.

What are your shipping options?

Standard Shipping via USPS, expedited shipping via FedEx.

Where can I purchase internationally?

I am Maris Dusan ships within the United States and Canada only. Please use our Store Locator or check the list below to locate an internationally authorized retailer. Our products are sold exclusively through select retailers and on our website.

Do you require a signature?

While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping to US addresses only via FedEx 2-Day. 

Why can’t my items be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska?

Due to shipping regulations, certain products we offer are classified as dangerous goods (ex: aerosols and alcohol-based products). For safety reasons, these items can't be shipped by air, so we can't deliver them to certain zip codes in Hawaii and Alaska without some risks.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will work to resolve this issue.•If your package is marked as delivered by the courier and you did not receive your product, please contact the courier to see where they left it, or if there was an issue delivering your product. Orders marked as delivered are eligible for replacement, but not refund.

Is sales tax applied to my order

Maris Dusan charges state, local, and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws.

Does Maris Dusan test on animals?

Never. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow our suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. 

Are Maris Dusan products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?

We recommend reviewing the products you use with your health care provider to make sure they are appropriate while you are pregnant or nursing. You can find the full list of ingredients for each of our products on their respective product pages on the ‘Ingredients’ tab.

What skin types are Maris Dusan products suitable for?

We formulated our products with all of your unique skin types in mind! We know that everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend checking out the full list of ingredients for the product you are interested in. If you have more sensitive skin, we also recommend checking in with your doctor or dermatologist.

The product I love is out of stock - Can I place a back order?

We try to restock our products as quickly as possible so you never have to wait. Please contact us so we can recommend a similar product that’s available now, or check back and we will update the status as soon as it is restocked!
